Jon Bermuda Sewing Pattern (Fibre Mood x MoMu)

This pattern was created as part of the European REEVALUATE project in collaboration with MoMu Antwerp.

From bloomers to pleated trousers:

Jon is a statement pair of trousers that plays with volume and movement. Deep pleats at the front and back create an almost skirt-like silhouette that shifts with every step. The high, structured waistband and straight hems give the design a modern, tailored look, while the wide legs ensure a surprisingly comfortable fit. Inspired by black wool cycling knickers from the late 19th century, Jon transforms a historical functional garment into a bold contemporary design.
